Food,

clothing,

shelter,

enough education to be competitive

in the modern workplace,

and an honest day's wages

for an honest day's work.

How hard can it really be?

And following three industrial revolutions

why is it that we still have

unclothed,

unhoused,

uneducated,

and

unfed

people,

anyhow?

If you believe in these American core values,

as I do,

then,

I believe you are

one of the ninety-nine percent.

So, what exactly is it

that is keeping this from happening?

Unmitigated greed,

crass materialism,

lying,

murder,

rapine,

and

theft,

for starters.

Brought to you by your fellow

ninety-nine percenters?

Or is this all coming from that

1%

who claim to be
the best and the brightest

and somehow

entitled to rule over

all of their fellows?

Whaaaaaaat?

is wrong with that picture?

Isn't it the lack of love of

and lack of properly valuing of

your neighbors?

Just maybe it is time to take another look

at those red letters in the New Testament

(i.e. the words of Christos)

and see whether they can provide

us with some light?

What do you think?

Welcome to my world ---
